由經驗豐富、受過訓練的 BFE 老師親自帶領小班教學，每位學生都被看見、被照顧。
Going abroad for a year is the adventure of a lifetime. These classes make sure you arrive ready: not just packed, but prepared in mindset, confidence, and the real-world skills that decide whether your year is good or unforgettable. Every class is hands-on: games, role-plays, and real situations, not lectures. 每一堂都是討論、演練與遊戲，不是單向聽講。
All classes run 2:00–4:00 PM.

- Get Good Fast + Reinvent Yourself: pick up almost any skill in about 20 focused hours, question your old defaults, and become a braver version of you.
- Safety & Saying No: handle cars, parties, substances, and peer pressure, with the words to say no and stay safe far from home.

Watch the assigned short videos, come to every class (tell us in advance if you can't), and bring two small notebooks. Most of all: come ready to try, laugh at mistakes, and make this year yours.
